How to daisy-chain up to 4 x WAD-104 units

1. Upgrade the WAD-104 units to the latest firmware. For instruction on how to upgrade and where to find the latest firmware, go to /faq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=3&id=15&artlang=en

2. Open the top cover of the WAD-104 units. Find the J1 pin setting on the main board.

3. Set the pins as below for WAD-104 units. The Cluster number indicates the daisy-chained WAD-104 units.

4. Having changed the pin settings, connect the WAD-104 units (with their top covers put back) to a switch. For example, the WAD-104 units will connect to a switch port 1, 2, 3, and 4.

5. Connect a router to the switch, for example, into the port 5.

6. Power on the WAD-104 units and the router.

7. Connect the WAD Console app to the router. You will see the WAD Server name and Setting of the daisy-chained WAD-104 units. Note that only the WAD Server name of the Cluster 0 unit will appear. Also the option to select Mono or Stereo mode in the WAD Console app will apply to all WAD-104 units.
