WAD-110 or 120 server stops sending out audio and requires reboot but stops again

The WAD-110 or 120 server is connected to the ADC-10 or 20 via USB cables.  For the WAD-110, you are provided with 10 USB cables and for the WAD-120, 20 UBS cables.

Regardless of the number of incoming audio channels (TVs), for the WAD-110, all 10 USB cables must be connected between the WAD-110 and the ADC-10. The same is true of the WAD-120 that all 20 USB cables must be connected between the WAD-120 and the ADV-20.

For example, if you have the WAD-110 and have only 5 TVs, DO NOT connect only the 5 USB cables between the WAD-110 and the ADC-10.  Use all 10 USB cables to connect the WAD-110 and ADC-10.

The full connection of USB cables are necessary in order to prevent IRQ conflict inside the WAD server. Otherwise the WAD server will stop sending out the audio randomly whenever the IRQ conflict occurs from within.
