No audio problem

You may experiene no audio problem when playing the WAD app or a similar customized app installed in a Google Pixel phone. This happens particularly when the WAD server is connected to a Ruckus Zoneflex 7372 AP/Router which we have recommended in our website www.cinet.com.

 

A simple solution is to turn off the Directed Multicast feature in the Ruckus Zoneflex 7372 at the eth1 (POE LAN) port. The Directed Multicast is a special feature conjured up by Ruckus Wireless in its muscle flexing of technology that confuses rather than helps the users. To turn off this feature inside the Ruckus Zoneflex 7372, we must use the CLI, command lanquage interface. Unfortunately the usual web customer interface does not offer the option to disable/enable the Directed Multicast.
