WAD-104 is the smallest of the WAD servers that can wirelessly distribute the audio of up to 8 TV channels in mono or 4 TV channels in stereo. Please note that the number of TVs can be far more than the number of channels, as some TVs may show the same channels.
The number of customers who can login and enjoy the audio is unlimited. Using a single access point, such as Ruckus Zoneeflex 7372, the WAD-104 server can service approximately 500 customers. Then using multiple access points with a network switch or hub, the WAD-104 server can distribute the TV audio to the multiples of 500 customers, as many as needed without losing the service quality.

• Console tablet
Console tablet is a mobile device, usually a smartphone or tablet, that is programmed to control the WAD servers. It provides the convenience of having to do without a wired keyboard, a mouse, and a display monitor.
Upon selecting your hardware, such as iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone, or Android tablet, you need only to download the Console app from Apple App store or the Google Play store accordingly. The Console apps are free and found under the name "WAD Console".

You can also purchase a ready-made Console Tablet (Anroid 8" display tablet) which is pre-installed with the Console app:

The WAD-104 server, not having a DHCP server inside, requires an wireless router to distribute the digital audio to smartphones and tablets. The required speed of the router is 802.11n.
The choice of a router matters significantly on the quality of the TV audio received by the customers. It determines how stable the transmission is as well as how easily the customers can connect. The three main features of a router that we recommend are

A larger bandwidth of a router is often advertised as a selling point in the market. It is also essential to the WAD-104 server as it roughly determines how many customers can login at any one time. Note however that the number of customers that can connect and listen to the TV audio can be increased by using a multiple of the routers. Connecting a number of the rounters using a network switch or a hub, the number of the customers listening can increase limitelessly, and without losing the quality of the TV audio.

D-Link 2310 Access Point
D-Link 2310 unit can connect to the WAD-120 server both as an access point or a router. It is one of the lowest priced commercial unit available on the market. D-Link 2310 is capable of carrying 60+ customers with a convenience of the POE connection, which enables installation of the unit at some hard-to-reach places without a power supply line. It also can be configured using a configuration file.
